The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer & Intersex (LGBTQI) Youth and Student Organisation have made this great toolkit for organisations to help challenge and reshape oppressive norms.

The primary audience for this toolkit are organisations working primarily with LGBTQI young people, but it can easily be used by any group which is interested in trying out a norm critical mindset to analysing norms, power structures and discrimination.

The toolkit is structured around two types of content:

- an explanatory narrative which introduces the theme.

- a collection of educational activities which can help activists who want to introduce and explore this concept. The activities can be used by anyone who has some experience of moderating a group as they have detailed instructions for a successful implementation.
