This session introduces the Mind Power curriculum and how it can be used in youth programs. It covers positive and negative mental health habits as well as methods of self-regulation in adverse circumstances. Using the Cognitive Triangle Theory, we share how behaviour, feelings and thoughts affect each other and how positive changes in one aspect can help to cope with life’s challenges.
