This template is based off of the requirements for registering a sport-based non-profit organization (NPO) in South Africa, but covers many of the sections required in a constitution/by-laws for NGO registration in many countries. Feel free to use for reference, however be sure to research the specific by-law guidelines for the country where you will be registering your NGO.
