What are y'all doing these days to stay sane and healthy? Just came across this video and blog on the Daily Push.

I also like the reminders I've seen around about not putting too much pressure on ourselves to be productive. We don't all need to learn a new language, or an instrument or how to video edit – we just need to try our best to stay positive and look out for ourselves and each other. But if you have found any good resources/books/videos/trainings you want to share, please do!

From the Harold Hunter Foundation, here's a great collection of resources for coaches, educators, parents and kids to help us get through these tough times. There's everything from virtual tours of art museums, to online dance and yoga classes and online learning here in the spreadsheet they've shared.
