STOKED is an organization that radically empowers youth to succeed through action sports like snowboarding, skateboarding, and surfing. We use the lifestyle and culture of adventure sports to accelerate character development and build relationship skills within our students to help them find their strength and confidence. As a result our youth are more engaged in school, are stoked about their future, and have the skills and professional network needed to take advantage of opportunities.
The job of a STOKED Program Manager is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of school-based programming, including after school, weekend and summer programs. He or she must be highly organized, outgoing, and have natural leadership abilities. The Program Manager will be the face of STOKED weekend programs to adult mentors. The Program Manager will also be responsible for the active supervision and professional development of Action Sports Coaches to ensure consistent and quality programming.
